“Through my support of Just Buffalo Literary Center, I have witnessed first-hand the magic that the literary arts can provide.  Just Buffalo is not only driven by its mission to ‘create and strengthen communities through the literary arts,’ but it also works to be a leader in the cultural community as a whole.” -Kevin O’Leary, President Parkview Health Services, and Just Buffalo Board Member

What We Do:
For more than 35 years, Just Buffalo has brought the world’s greatest writers to Buffalo, hosted poetry events and readings, and supported the development of young writers.
Why We're Great:
Just Buffalo serves more than 100,000 people each year with activities that connect diverse communities, expand public participation in the literary arts, and bring great national and international attention to the region.  Just Buffalo’s Babel International author series is now being called “the most exciting literary series that Buffalo has ever seen,” and Just Buffalo’s Education program is celebrating its 30th year of supporting young writers. The website provides a point of entry into all of the literary activity happening throughout the community.
What We Need:
Donations of all sizes are greatly appreciated, and also volunteers to help with evening events and office work – go to
